About Us

Buying a home, ultimately, is a personal investment in quality of life. So we approach our client relationships with that in mind, aiming at a level of professionalism that always considers the long-term emotional and financial aspects of home ownership. As a mother-daughter team, we can relate to the family-oriented nature of real estate decisions. We are honest, understanding and consistently attentive. Nothing provides us more satisfaction than helping people like you discover the hidden joys in buying and selling a home.

Whether in the classroom or at the closing table, I have always been passionate about helping families. So after a highly rewarding career in education, I turned my attention toward the real estate industry, where I have found a host of great new challenges, wonderful people and the same sense of personal accomplishment.

I work hard to educate homebuyers and sellers on the processes of our industry and the nuances of a fluctuating market, which are often misunderstood and sometimes intimidating. I believe strongly that knowing your market is a key component to best serving clients, so I have spent many years learning about all the things that make our area such a terrific place to call home. From professional sporting events and outdoor recreation areas to village festivals and farmers markets, I always relish the chance to discuss the countless opportunities to enjoy the Triangle region of North Carolina.

However, our area also provides a great home base from which to venture off to the myriad of vacation destinations throughout the southeast. If you’re a beach person, like myself, the Outer Banks, Myrtle Beach, Charleston and Savannah are easy drives and make for outstanding long weekends.

Married for 32 years to Stance DeLorenze , I have been living here happily for almost 20 years after being born and raised in New York State. Together with daughters Amy and Lindsey, who have spent the majority of their youth learning and growing under the resource-rich umbrella of the Tar Heel State, we simply can’t say enough about how warmly welcomed we have been across the communities of Cary, Raleigh and Apex. I’m sure you feel, or will soon feel, the same way we do.

Please don’t hesitate to call or email me with questions about the area, a specific neighborhood or with just real estate in general. I’m happy to help.

Born in New York State but raised in North Carolina, I can’t express enough how grateful I am to have spent so many of my formative years in the Cary and Apex communities. Having attended law school in Boston, I learned to value the benefits of areas like the Triangle that boast smaller, family-oriented townships yet have many of the same arts, sports and recreational resources of larger cities. It’s a terrific balance of community and culture.

By leveraging my experience in law, I hope to serve clients as an advocate for their real estate needs, ranging from contract negotiations to deciphering those little surprises that sometimes arise just when everything seems to be going as planned.

I have played soccer all of my life, learning to be part of a team from CASL youth squads to Wake Forest’s varsity women’s team and even as part of my current TASL adult A league team. Like soccer, a sport our entire family cherishes, a good real estate transaction requires a united approach to a common goal. And that’s how I’ll work with you.

There is no hiding that the Triangle is a sports lover’s Mecca. We attend Carolina Railhawk and Durham Bulls games, run the Triangle greenway system and attend a host of NCAA events at NC State, Duke and UNC-Chapel Hill.

My husband Andy and I are recently married and culminated a hectic, but forever memorable, Summer of 2010 with a relocation to Cary from Raleigh with our wonderful Golden Retriever, Parker.

I welcome all opportunities to help you explore living options here in the Triangle and encourage you to call or email with any sort of question you might have about the area. I hope to hear from you soon.
