New high-end homes coming to Cary

Cary is a great place to live. But don’t just take our word for it. Read the news.

What we like about this kind of news is that it demonstrates the reputation of Cary’s housing market on a national basis. It shows that all those Forbes’ rankings and the talk about great weather really does have an impact on people around the country, especially during an economic period that is finding more people are on the move today to seek new (and better) jobs, affordable homes and with a renewed focus on family, an improved comfort of living. Cary has all three.

The developer, Baker Residential (they built¬†Horton’s Creek in Cary),¬†mentioned in the Cary News article will only clear 36 lots for development, which doesn’t sound like much. However, at a price point above $600,000, it shows that our economy can still support an above-average priced neighborhood. Moreover, the developer is tipping its hand to what it must know about the Triangle’s economy: that it’s on the upswing.

We’re excited to see the Baker team make their way into Cary and Wake County and hope very much to get the chance to see what their homes offer area home buyers. If you have any interest on what’s planned for Cary or what’s available in Horton’s Creek, please don’t hesitate to give us a call or drop a line.
